formerly known as ivan Posted February 28, 2007 Report Share Posted February 28, 2007 lose to boro on pens, following weekend beat blackpool away.draw at home with rovers, following weekend beat brighton away.not to mention the way they kept going at boro to score the late equlisar when they looked down and out. i think everyone is in agreement when i say we have got where we are in the league with out playing the dazzling football expected of us. last night was very much the low point of our season so far, but i have every belief the boys will bounce back on saturday. they have proved this over the last few weeks they are capable of moving on from a dissapointing result. a win is vital more so to get the rovers game out of their heads. given the choice, i would prefer 3 points on saturday rather than a win last night and the players will be well up for it against northampton.maybe now we can play a consistant team game after game for the majority of the season and push on for one of the two automatic promotion places.
