I believe that a lot of gripes about Johnson are not about him (as a people manager or inspirer he is first class), rather they are about his tactical acumen (which has proven to be certainly 'interesting' over the past season). However, tonight I think he got it spot on, and hopefully proved to himself that motivation isn't everything. You've got to have a brain also.
