formerly known as ivan
i honestly think last nights game was nothing more than a reminder to the players/management/fans that we need to stay on the ball for the rest on the season.a 7 point lead over forest/yeovil would have been great, but wasnt to be. i still feel just as optimistic as ever about or promotion push.we have been on a good run of late and were not going to win every game we play, although the performance was dissapointing.feel as though we need a striker as smith, although he works hard, never looks like scoring and when your chasing a game you need someone who can change a game. either that or brooker needs to stay injury free from here on in
NiceRed
Agree with the 1st part. We're still 4 points clear of 3rd place, which we would certainly have taken earlier in the season. It also seems that after every setback/low point we've suffered this season, we've gone on a good winning run. If we do so again then there should be no problem. The team that failed last night was also the team (give or take a couple of players), that has got us 4 points clear (as well as being undefeated in normal time in the FA Cup).
