Ive never been to Millwall before, but have been told I have to go as the hospitality from the locals up there is second to none. Apparently very friendly and up for some socialising

Anyway, hows the best way to get their by train? is it to Paddington then on to South Bermondsey after that? apparently its only a 5 minute walk to the ground from there, so I assume thats what everyone else will be doing??

Heres to getting a :comando: no doubt that day, but will be worth it if we see :winner_third_h4h:

Ive heard they lay on special away day tube for large away followings which drops off at Bermondsey, then there is apprently a walkway from the tube station direct to the away end, I don't see any trouble for thoses who do not seek it.

I remember watching on tv a portsmouth fan who was beaten senseless by millwall fans for just being an away fan. All he was doing was walking back to his car.

I'm going to drive up but not show any colours. Its a shame football has to be like this but I'm not taking any chances cos millwalls reputation goes before them and lets be honest, they don't like city to much do they!!!

Your bloody brave taking the train!!!

The Millwall locals are indeed noted for their hospitality. In fact, you may find that some of them even come down to meet you at the station.

I'm on the 8am to Paddington, then onto swiss cottage @ soho for a bellyfull of beer.

Thinking about doing Bristol to Paddington, then tube to Bermondsey wich involves 1 change in between on the tube, and then the same again on the way back. But I think I'm going to wait and make sure I get a ticket before I book a train ticket!

Didn't think they've opened the lower tier since some fans got attacked in there a while back. Hopefully there'll be some left for non-ST holders as don't fancy mixing it in the home end much...

You should be safe walking along the main roads from the station as there's so many police around. Seem to remember last time I went I got the tube to London Bridge and then an overland train to South Bermondsey.

Or a 1 1/2 minute run back to the tube if we win
