Anyone know what he is upto these days ?? Does he still play for the farmers ? Its all gone very quiet in that part of the world for their once messiah.

I'm not altogether sure he was brought to the club JUST to score goals. His build-up play at times is exceptional, he brings players into the game from nowhere and is workrate is mighty impressive.

As for the training, he does all the team exercises in the warm-up then just as the rest of the players do their stretching and limbering up, Marcus picks up a dozen small cones, lays them out in a pattern on the pitch and does his extra own little warm-ups to improve his pace off a standing start.

As for calling him our messiah? It was you who had hundreds of fans at his press conference, it was your manager who fell out with him and your chairman who "sold" him to us. Never once was he called our messiah.

Anyway you seem to be doing mighty fine without him and we seem to be doing mighty fine WITH him so we can both be happy.

Well done on yesterday, massive game next week for you, good luck! :farmer:

Sorry but you do appreciate that I can't agree with you there. :englandsmile4wf:

Good luck though. After years in the doldrums, West Country football could have three teams in the second tier next season. It goes without saying that we can do you favours too as we have Oldham and S****horpe away yet.

Exeter might get up into the League to replace Torquay of all teams. Can't see Rovers going anywhere this season though.
