WTFiGO!?!
Or Not - don't think i heard it at gillinghamPresumably due to it being an away anthem I'm guessing Here be the original btw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MWXN0UE5XasI've been thinking it would've made a decent enough Open The East Eng Campaign song myself:Been all round Ashton have we, The Dolman G Block and B,All over Ashton Gate - we have roamedIt's all been quite shite, no noise even slightWell I feel so broken, I wanna go home.... WTFiGO!?!
Gillingham was an away trip!!! i meant hear our fans singing it!!Ah, sorry man.Tbf, City's vocal support at Gillingham was shocking. Being sat in an open end in the scorching sun just chilled people out to much I think, people not even mustering up the effort to boo the players off after a defeat said it all. Also, as much as I love the enthusiasm City fans don't adapt to new songs particularly well, especially complicated ones. Plus I'd like to see more originality in our thinking not simply knicking Kent Pikey and Northern ManUre sulker songs and simply altering the words.ps/Did you like my Bradley Orr effort or think it was really quite shit? (Would help if The Beach Boys were currently dominating the Popular Charts I think)Loves Bradley I does.
WTFiGO!?!
I see the confusion now, it's a Gills song too. I could've sworn we once had one of the pikey's on the Sub showing a video of them singing it at AG - I can't find it now though. Here's them at Northampton: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JHW1rVA8Wd4

(Would help if The Beach Boys were currently dominating the Popular Charts I think)Loves Bradley I does.No worries, yea the support was very quiet, always look forward to away games because of the normal top notch support but it was bad at gills, i don't blame the fans though, wats the point in singing when you cant be heard by the people in the row in front of you, WHEN we go up better facilities (A ROOF!!) every week i cant wait!!Yes i have noticed this aswell if its not a well known song when a group start to sing it they are looked at as if they are crazy then someone will shut them up with the traditional COME ON YOU REDS which others know and join in with!!!Not bad mate i would never be able to make something up like that so fair play to you!! Must give it a go but then you will be stared at strangely!! I see the confusion now, it's a Gills song too. I could've sworn we once had one of the pikey's on the Sub showing a video of them singing it at AG - I can't find it now though. No worries, i do remember that as well now, when they came down for the fa cup game i think it was. Guest North Street
Sloop J B was sung by City fans in the past only the line "I feel so broke up" was changed to "I feel so pissed up".This was most certainly heard through the streets of Cheltenham sung by a very large group of Gents after the 3-2 win and sober they were not. It goes like this if it helps: Have you heard the Everton/Tranmere version about Steve Gerrard to this tune???Gerrard's Mrs is pregnant and it's rumoured she got up the duff by a local club bouncer so they sing..."Oh Stevie Gerrard, The baby's not your...or....ors,Oh Stevie Gerrard,The baby's not yours!"There's a second verse but I can't remember the words to it! WTFiGO!?!
Not bad mate i would never be able to make something up like that so fair play to you!!Well that's encouragement enough for me . I would though change that ''we all love you'' line (as it sounds gay) simply with ''Super Bradley''.Anyway, give us an inch - I'll take a mile so I've now decided to desecrate this little beauty from Sir Ray Davies: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sixTGPbgj4Q...ted&search=South of the riverdown in Bedminsteron a cold Tuesday nightThousands of peopleswarming like flies thefloodlights are shining brightBut I don'tfeel afraid'cos stood on the East End watching the RedmenI am in paradiseEveryday I look at my life and think ''oh no'',But City City is the Party time Ashton Gate Stadium's mine Hmmm. Not sure about the last bit there.btw, as North Street was describing, probably the most affective way to have new songs implimted is through 30 odd gert hairy pissed up blokes balling their heads off I think.
