I am unable to access highlights or the video reports, dispite having that included in my subscription. I have emailed premium tv, but have had no response. Dave L Posted November 6, 2003 Report Share Posted November 6, 2003 Steve I had a similar problem. I posted a message in the forum admin section, and Adam gave me an email address to write to. I got a response overnight, and its now sorted. Check the address Adam gave me and try writing to that person (whose name I forget) He was very helpful.
