If any of the team and managment read this board read this!

Lets all post something motivational!

We will win on Sat and we will beat Carlisle - needing one more point from a home game and an away game - were up stop the negativity.

Lets get behind the team forget about what others do and all be positive - If we don't we are as much to blame as the team for failure to deliver come on be the 12th and even the 13th man! We can make the difference! If we have all this doom and gloom it will rub of on the team - Forget what forest do, forget what Blackpool and anyone else do, its irrelevant. Its in our hands as well as the teams hands!

Win on Sat it a whole different ball game - at least 4 points clear with 3 games to play, the pressure is then on all the other teams around us, they know we need to slip up and they need to capitalise.

On top of all this we have Rotherham at home, which we we will win - End of!

Ok that was the motivational speech anyone have anything to add? Remember this is the positive thread! you negative minority stay away!

From Samo;

City have lost 2 in the last 12 league games - Yeovil have lost 5 from the last 12

City have conceded 7 goals in the last 12 league games - Yeovil have conceded 12

City have scored 14 in the last 12 league games - Yeovil have scored the same

City have kept 7 clean sheets in the last 12 league games - Yeovil have kept 4

From football365;

City are 2nd in terms of results against top half teams - Yeovil are 9th

City are 7th highest scorers in League 1 - Yeovil are 14th

City are 2nd top for conceding fewest goals - Yeovil are 3rd

City are 3rd top for scoring in games (failed to score 8 times) - Yeovil are 19th (failed 14)

City are 6th in terms of scoring first - Yeovil are 14th

I think that's enough to illustrate that whilst this is a tough game (aren't they all), City will rightly start as favourites in this game. We aint 2nd through luck or chance regardless of recent results. Going 3 games without a goal and therefore a win is bucking the trend and can't possibly last. I fully expect us to win this game with a bit to spare and for me, Swansea was the toughest game in the run-in and that's now out of the way. We should have beaten Gillingham, but that's now out of the system and we're still 4 points clear with everything to play for, starting with Yeovil.

As Madger said in another thread, the last time we only scored 1 goal in 3 league games, we went on to win the next 4 scoring 7 and conceding just 1. I see no reason why this shouldn't happen again - GJ would have lit a fire under the arses of the strikers by now, and they'll be playing for their future.

Robins72 also said that the last 11 home league games when we have had an attendance of 18000+ we have never lost. We have had 6 wins and 5 draws and never letting in more than 1 goal in those 11 games.

Let's go into this game positive, confident, bloodyminded, cocky and arrogant and EXPECT to win it, and transmit that to the players on the pitch. We are going up is the song to sing throughout the game - just in case the players and those around you need reminding.

Stats, Stats. we can all read in to them, who cares about them, there all in the past, we will win tomorrow easily and then you can add the result to whatever you want

They aren't stats, they are facts and are merely an illustration that we are rightly odds on favourites.

On what do you base your belief that we will win easily ? Blind faith ?

and a blind forward line
