The best thing that has happened at this football club was GJ's hand grenade it set the tone for all the would be messers, GJ is in charge get on board or p--s off, some coped with it it some spat their dummies out and went. What we have now is a team with the same work ethics as the boss players that would run through brick walls for the gaffer, us the fans and for each other. GJ got some wicked stick for this incident but he stayed strong in his beliefs and knew that the likes of Phillips, Stewart and co needed to move on, our football club is now stronger and next week hopefully we will see the fruits of GJ's resolve.

At last somebody seeing sense and realising that if you give footballers carte blanche the will take the wee wee, If they are under no illusions the consequences of their actions then everybody knows where they stand.

The kid glove approach got us nowhere under Wilson/Tinnion.

BCFC should never allowed to become a social/drinking/bad behaviour club ever again.

I'm going to be very controversial here, The 9 straight defeats of last season was well worth it in the end and Robboreds assumption that this may somehow have cost us promotion was rubbish (our season was already over) , The drink culture, The bad behaviour, The utter confusion of Tinnions non tactics and the most important thing the team was totally unfit, Unable to last 90 mins without at least one them blowing out their arse was always going to stop promotion last season.

Absolutely spot on, at last we have a manager who won't take any messing around, some on here think he goes to far with their 'Not another Johnson fall out' comments. Personally i'm happy we have a manager who doesn't take any crap and gets results whilst continuing with his plans despite whatever brickbats are thrown at him, the 9 straight defeats were well worth it when you look at the state of the club then and now. Gary Johnson may not be to everyone's taste but he gets results and long may it continue.
