this is not a question if you agree with the war or not because we are in and we cant do nothing about it! but what are your views on harry going should he stay home even though he has had all those months of training to get him trained up to go to war? or should he stay home because he is 3rd in line to the throne? after all Andrew was in the falklands war 25 years ago and he was 3rd in line at the time?

I would say he should go if he really wanted to go let him,he knew what he was getting himself into when he joined the army.But then on the other hand terrorist may try to get him more than others and we have to think of the other soldiers in his regiment

I don't really see the relevance of this. It's not like they'll have a standard bearer riding around with him. If the insurgants could attack us more already, they would do.

If he doesn't, all his mates will ridicule him forever, and that matters to him far more than his own safety.

While he joined the Army and must be prepared to get shot at/wounded/killed /taken prisoner, the risk to his unit a recce Company constantly in the Front line, makes it too dangerous for the other troopers. gobshite press in this country just made it more likely hes not going to go, going on about it. His troop thanks to the Scum and their merry men reporting every fart will get hammered at every oppurtunity..not fair on them is it. the war is quite bad enough without additional pressure on the lads n lasses out there. Nows the time to back them up 100% and show them we as a country care about them

No-one in the press here ever heard of observing Operational Security, and actually reporting facts, instead of hysterical reporting to get their equivalent of an Oscar. Oh no no no no...

still why let that get in the way of stitching up "our boys" as the press hypocritically calls them. If the military had any sense, and not run by Bliars spin doctors would outright ban the press unless there was a genuine story...but that aint going to happen is it
