Remeber him? He was an exciting young player who scored some cracking goals at the start of the season, we let him go in part of a deal to bring in ,now wait for it Wilson what a joke!

Betsy, Jevons whtat is GJ thinking of all these players lets us down this season and they should all go in the close season what ever happends.

Jevons miss sums up his season, very very poor.

I think Jevo has been poor for most of the season and no matter what division we are in next season i think he should go.

Have said this befor it was a mistake to let brown go i thought he was a cracking player very much like orr he played with passion. As for Jevons he is a complete waste of space never liked him or rated him the sooner he goes the better

Of all the players GJ has signed permenantly, I'd say that Jevons and Betsy have been poor, whereas Wilson has been played out of position, and Noble, Fontaine, McCallister, Enoch, Johnson, Weale have all been good signings. On balance, I'd say his record stacks up pretty well.

Wilson will be a good player in years to come I think. He's had a tough time on the left but he looks to have some quality and I suspect he will make the right wing his own next season whichever division we're in.

I am pretty sure there was more to Brown's departure than purely his footballing ability.

Betsy won't be good enough for the next level, doesn't seem to be for this one either and will get released at the end of next season whether we go up or not.

Jevons could go either way - improve or flop, most likely he will be on the bench behind Brooker and a signing next season. I think he'd be more successful at the next level than at this one because he'd have more time on the ball.

For me, Johnson's permanent signings have been good in the main though the attacking ones less so. Hopefully that's more a case of being limited by what's available but the real test of that will be in the summer.

I agree with most of that. I think Wilson's a proper footballer, much like Noble is in that sense, and I firmly expect him to make right-back his own next season. Given that's his specialist position, he's a much better footballer than Orr and just needs a chance in that position.

Betsy is the biggest waste of space I think I've ever seen at City, and that's going some to say that. Regardless of what position he plays, it's his lack of application that gets to me. He's been given chance after chance to perform on the left or the right and on every occasion he's shown a lack of strength, pace and decision making. I know it's hypothetical to say but Scott Brown would him to shame in EVERY department.

I was stuck in work listening to the game on the radio while the game was on yesterday.

I had a Fulham supporter with me at the time and he laughed when he heard the name Betsy. He asked me if it was Kevin? When i said yes he said he wondered where he was playing and that the Fulham fans were glad to see the back of him. They all thought he was very light weight on the ball and thought the opposition found it easy to regain position every time he had the ball.
