On The Pitch

This may have been discussed on here but I wanted to say I thought the club handled Saturday well - Yes they had to announce "everyone stay off the pitch" to keep the FA happy but they knew that wouldn't happen!!

They didn't try to clear the pitch which would have taken ages and lts of people would have had to go home. The announcement that they had lost some players was quality!!! And the directors box bitwas also great to see. Well done BCFC

Also well done the fans!! Last promotion here were several invasions before the final whistle and was a pain - but everyone stayed behind the barrier till the final whistle.

Did't go into Bristol on Sunday as i was in London but the pics look fab

WE ARE UP!!!

totally agree, they did really well in what was a tough situation.

I walked on after the charge, and yes they could not do the lap of honour, but few of us or them care to be truthful, it meant a great deal to the players when they saw close up the warmth and strong feelings of joy.

I personally gave Noble and Wilson a pat on the back and received huge beaming smiles and thanks from both of them....
