Where do you suppose we are going to get the money to redevelop AG ?? i can really see a bank lending us the money when we have made a loss for the last couple of years. Quoting Tomarse from another post "Aye, makes your wonder about Severnside, for all its negatives the thought that it could be nearly all private funded would mean if City left AG most of that debt would be wipped out against the asset.
