I think history tells us BCFC doesn't have that type of board. Secondly. Even if you have a welcoming board, you have to show an investor of such huge amounts where his/her money will be spent and potential returns/ambitions. I think history tells us BCFC doesn't have that type of ambition. Thirdly. You have to have some sort of decent ground (or plans to build a decent ground) that has the capacity to hold the fans that will eventually come back when the club is more successful, so as to attract the investments.
