redZW
I'm all for a spot of experience within the team, and I hope Monsieur Rougier brings us that ... but he's hardly a prolific goalscorer (which, let's face it, we need): His stats speak for themselves: 03-04: Played 29 (2 sub) Scored 4 02-03: (Reading) Played 13 (8 sub) Scored 3 (Brighton) Played 5 (1 sub) Scored 2 Somehow that doesn't fill me with confidence in that we'll be up off our seats aplenty applauding goals in the next couple of months.... But hey, I'm hoping he'll prove those stats wrong... and that we'll welcome him regardless...
TinnionForEngland
But in retrospect, Murray is so it may not matter and Rougier could bring something useful to the side
Spud55
Rougier is from what i have seen not a goalscorer, but he is one big bastid, and a target man who again from what i have seen in the past far exceeds what we have. Beadle robbo partnership ring any bells
newboy
He was awesome the last time we saw him at the gate. He carved through our midfield and defence like a knife through butter. Couldn't shoot to save his life but as a midfielder he'd be fantastic.
