Meant to be working from home today but spent most of it compiling spreadsheet of stuff about grounds we shall be visiting next season. Not been able to attach it but here is a flavour if you're interested!

Highest capacity grounds (figures from www.footballgroundguide.co.uk)

Sheff Wed - 39,814

Southampton - 32,689

Sheff Utd - 32,609

Leicester City - 32,500

Longest since City played at ground

Charlton - The Valley - 3 Sept 1994 (Championship or equivalent level)

Has been longer since played in league at Coventry (21 Aug 1979), Southampton (29 April 1980) and Leicester (11 Dec 1993) but these teams have since moved to new grounds

Ground City never played at

Southampton - St Mary's Stadium

Only new ground for me next season watching City (as have been there to see England) as have been to Coventry (Ricoh Arena) and Leicester (Walkers Stadium) in FA Cup

Grounds played at last time in Championship or equivalent level

Ipswich Town - Portman Road

Crystal Palace - Selhurst Park

Norwich City - Carrow Road

Watford - Vicarage Road

WBA - The Hawthorns

Wolves - Molineux

Sheff Utd - Bramall Lane

All of them visited 8-9 years ago so will be interesting to see how much they've changed - am looking forward to it but hopefully with better results!

Can't wait for season to start - Championship we're having a laugh!! :dancing6:
