Pickle Rick
I rekon it'll be good if we find a decent player at the African Cup of Nations. There are many gems yet to be found in Africa and many quality players from Africa have proved themseves in various countries around Europe. Eddie Hitler
That was a very odd story. Why release a story about players you don't really want to sign? All I could think was people have been saying there's not enough communciation from the club on signings so GJ has given us some, albeit a red herring. Andy Horsman
If GJ can unearth the new Essien/Drogba fair play to him, no pressure.....

The Pinamonte Experience
We can only speculate as to who, Johnson will have his contacts and scouts I would expect. African players would be far cheaper and typically are good athletes, so I'm all for Johnson looking wherever he likes for players. They do come with a risk of not settling when brought in from abroad but I have faith he'll pick the right ones. In Johnson I trust.
