The Man In Black Posted June 26, 2007 Report Share Posted June 26, 2007 The funny thing is, I remember my parents ringing the club before travelling to Bristol when I was about 6 to check whether the game was on.I recall my dad putting the phone down and saying that the game was off because the pitch was waterlogged. Not knowing what that meant, I asked and after their explanation had images of the ground looking exactly like that.I'd completely forgotton, funny how a picture can bring back a childhood memory. I saw a interview with Brian Laws on Sky Sports news and he was stood in the tunnel, there was a tide mark on the tunnel wall at the about the same height has his head!!
