cheshire_red Posted March 26, 2004 Report Share Posted March 26, 2004 Just been through Stoke on the A50/ A500 and it took 50 minutes to do about 4 miles!! Seriously, okay it was Friday rush hour, just leave yourselves more time or go up one more juction to 16 and come back down the A500 and come off for Festival Park/ Burslem and that way you will miss them completely, unless of course it is backed up but didn't look to bad tonight. Or come off at 15 as normal but take the Newcastle Under Lyme Road (1st left at the rounabout off of the motorway and follow all the way into Newcastle and then follow the signs for Burslem / Festival Park once you get into the middle of Newcastle, but leave a bit more time as traffic in the Stoke area is crazy with everyone trying to avoid these roadworks.
