BS3_RED
I am looking to buy a new graphics card as my current one has now died.I did have a Radeon X850 XT but have had major display issues with screen problems from start up right through to Desktop, it only gets better when i turn my hardware acceleration off. All my games crash and my monitor becomes a sea of lights. I have reformatted the hard drive and re installed Windows but the problem remains.Anyway i am looking to get a new graphics card and could do with a bit of help.1) i am looking to spend about £180 but am not sure whats the best card to get, i am currently looking at the Geforce 8800 gts 320 (PCI Express )but don't know if there is better cards for the moneyand 2) Will the new card be better than my old card. My old card was top of the range TWO years ago and this new card isnt now. So will the new card do all the things my old card did?I would welcome any advice. Thanks in advance.
