Eddie Hitler Posted August 12, 2007 Report Share Posted August 12, 2007 I have been slow to draw attention to a most kind gesture from a Bristol City fan last Saturday at The New Lawn. He drove up to where I was standing just outside the bar and, with no ceremony at all, presented me with a hundred pounds. As quickly as he had appeared, he disappeared. As far as I am aware he left the stadium altogether. His sole purpose seem to have been to make his donation.Respect for the man and for his club. Does anyone know how I can relate this tale to the Bristol City club, at least to its programme editor ?What a top bloke. Come on - own up you star!
