fka dagest
Sky SportsI'm getting a bit tired of Sheff Utd's whining now. They just received a £6M parachute payment haven't they?Anyone agree?
Evy11_BCFC
Yep, had enough now. They've just got to face the fact that the reason they got relegated was because they were not good enough, not because of West Ham. Just accept it! Geoff65
Disagree.West Ham got points due to Tevez scoring goals and thus gaining points without which they would have been relegated. West Ham cheated - confirmed they cheated - the panel didnt give them a points deduction as they didnt think it would matter - West Ham then re-signed Tevez and the FA wanted to know whether a third party had control or influence over Tevez - West Ham gave assurances that there weren't any, the FA didnt bother to ask to look at the new contract - had they done so - they would not have given tevez permission to play for West Ham - so again West Ham breached the rules and the agent/west ham/FA now reached an out of court settlement to cover up that west ham breached the rules again and that the fa are so incompetent to not ask for a copy of the contract.Shef Utd going to court will ask for disclosure from west ham - west ham will have to give them a copy of the contract and make the FA look stupid, themselves a bunch of liars. Due to this an out of court settlement will be done so everyone will save face and Shef Utd get compensated for being cheated out of playing in the division they should have played in had West Ham not cheated (twice) and the FA had the balls to ask for a copy of the contract - funny now new premiership/fa regulations insist that when a registration takes place ALL relevant information is supplied and the excuse that West Ham gave - we didnt realise you wanted that information too... following the debacle that ensued this summer.Shef Utd ask for £50m - will accept a structured payment of around £15m for this year and another £5m for next year if they fail to get promotion. And Yes West Ham would love this to be tiresome and make Shef Utd look the bad guys but right is right and their is a fundemental wrong that has been done to Shef Utd and imo West Ham have got away with blue murder. Rules are rules. Leeds get a 15 point penalty for breaking the rules, Rotherham United get a 10 point penalty for breaking the rules etc etc. Other teams will benefit from these breaches of the rules, as should Sheffield United. It is fair to say that West Ham would not have stayed up without Tevez last season, so Sheffield United have been cheated. It is not like it was a player who played one game and didn't do anything for West Ham. Tevez was integral. Sheffield United deserve to be in the premiership because West Ham cheated.
