Eddie Hitler
Good reading.Full tribute to the Ashton Gate Eight followed by identification of problems when he arrived (big egos, local celebrities, people who want to be footballers rather than wanting to play football).Said Steve Lansdown was "desperate" to spend money but GJ said he would only bring in players with good attitude. Said Trundle was one of these and he always works very hard in training.Finished by saying he asked all players at the start of the season whether they honestly thought the play-offs were a realistic target; most said yes. Can't see it on the DM website so you'll have to make do with my summary.
