Ours is a local derby, one of the fiercest in Britain. Probably even more hostile than us against Rovers.

Jon Eccles
When Millwall came to Ashton Gate last season there was more tension than any other game except Rovers. The problem is wherever Millwall go the local morons get all excited because Millwall are here, and Millwall's morons only chose Millwall in the first place because they wanted a team that had that effect wherever they went. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy.
