formerly known as ivan Posted September 30, 2007 Report Share Posted September 30, 2007 barnsley away, shef utd home, norwich away, southampton home, stoke home taking us up to the end of october.these are the sort of games we got promoted for. will be a real test of character for the boys. if we cant get anything like 9 points from this run of matches we will be in a very strong position.i think tuesday may be one of the most difficult out of the 5. looks set to be a cold rainy night up north. fixtures have been kind as we have had preston away which means they can stay up north instead of having another long drive up on the day or the day before.shef utd not had the best of starts but got ability throughout their squad. norwich/southampton simular. was expecting more from them early on although southampton have found some decent form of late. and then stoke, the return of mr pullis. very strong physical team against us who like to get the ball down and pass it. will be a very interesting game.looking forward to having the two home games in a row though, but don't like it when we play on a wednesday instead of a tuesday. not something were used to Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
