In my mind all teams have to have the mentality that you can win every game, otherwise what's the point of competing? I have no doubt that we can keep up our form and keep a place at the top of the table. I can't buy into this "it's early days", "let's not get too excited", "I'd still be happy with survival" talk. GJ seems to have the knack of bringing out the best in players, and creating this confidence. GJ has also encouraged the players to discuss promotion, rather that see it as the unspeakable "P" word that previous managers have done. Seems to be working so far.In GJ I trust.
