He has been quoted in the press in the last couple of weeks saying that the players should be able to dream of getting to the Prem as dreams are good for them and give them focus.In South Pacific there is a song called "Happy Talk" which refers to this very thing in the line......"You've got to have a dream, if you don't have a dream, how're you going to make a dream come true?"Other teams have somewhat obscure or long forgotten reasons for singing particular songs (Goodnight Irene?, Delilah?), could Happy Talk become a favourite of the fans in future?
