A Little Look Into Recent History...

I seem to remember that after we thrashed Gillingham 6-0 at The Gate not so long ago, the Gills went on a really good run, and climbed several places up the table...

Do you think we have it in us to do the same?

...Or could this be the start of a rather frustrating bad patch?

Comments below, please! :fingerscrossed:

and man city, after their great start this season got spanked 6-0 at chelsea.

and won the next game 1-0 at home v sunderland.

let's hope we can do the same :fingerscrossed:

89/90, got trounced 6-0 at Tranmere....got promoted that year.

Lets face it, it was going to happen somewhere this season.

When the fixtures came out I had Wolves away as a possible pasting, luckily it wasn't so.

Ipswich Away was always a danger match especially when you go down to ten men.

The thing that will decide our season won't be today but how we respond from here and I'm confident with what I have seen so far this year that we'll be just fine.

it was going to happen at some point

just got to hope the boys can get a result in the next game to get it out thier system otherwise a bit of doubt might creep in

lets be realistic, we cant be unhappy at the start we have had can we ?

only positive i can see from today is at least it was away from home against a side on a very very good home run.

southampton lost 5-0 away today as well and most punters expected them to be above us

GJ wont let the players get too down after just one bad result ( the charlton game was close even though we lost)

We all have to stay positive and focussed and i am sure the team will do the same

:Believe:
