TinnionForEngland Posted November 17, 2007 Report Share Posted November 17, 2007 I have a ps3 and Pro Evo 2008 is stunning, i've heard the version on the PS2 is the same as number 6 and you can't dive and obviously the graphics are inferior, i had fifa 2008 and have already sold it because i thought it was just the same as the rest, i.e poor. Both have good and bad points.In terms of gameplay they are similar except that PES is faster.Personally I would say PES is a better offline game (forget online at the moment, it is a laggy mess!) but FIFA's online game is far superior (spesh 5v5 be a pro mode!) and is an overall better package.As I only really tend to play offline at the moment, PES shades it even with the well documented technical issues (slowdown etc) but I will be keeping both.Make sense of that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone who used to love Fifa with a passion, year after year buying it on release date and just dismissing Pro Evo.
