This will be the first home (league) game I've missed since Tranmere 1987(all right, I DID stay home and watch V Col U on Sky couple of years ago) Buggered up my knee! I will have to content myself by savouring the the atmosphere of an expectant Ashton Gate crowd, the envigorating chill of a December evening and that heightened tension you get with football played under floodlights.I get all of this by following the game on teletext?!
