One Team
I'm probably one of Peacock's biggest critics on this forum but I have to say, he was superb yesterday. One good game doesn't make a season (or indeed a 600K transfer fee), but credit where its due, he was up there for man of the match with Roberts and Phillips. Cidergal
Totally agree. He was superb. He held the ball up really well and muscled his way around QPR. Hopfully we'll see more of THAT Peacock!
Guest DANBOY_BCFC
He was immense yesterday but he does what he did y'day week in week out. I know strikers are judged on goals (I point out he is still our top scorer) hense the amount of stick he gets on here but his work rate is brilliant, he holds the ball up very well and takes a lot of punishment from opposition defenders in the process. He's always willing to track back, defend when needed and he clears a lot of danger when we are on the defensive. If he is not retained for next season I will be very disapointed.
