But for the ones coming in will have something to prove to the manager and then raise there game to help there chances of more appearences thus making the 4 replacements at least more fired up than the rest of the team. The hope is the Burnley team will de disjointed and with out fluency . They will be up for it and will want to show their worth and still be playing for a new manager .Hope the tracksuited goalkeepers playing , always good for a laugh . Now here's a flapper , who needs to be tested from outside the box , and with as many crosses as possible . Dodgy , dodgy , dodgy.

woodshap
Oh dear, because if the game is postponed Fontaine will be banned from the Coventry match instead.Which would mean we might have Carey back for our next game, and Fontaine would miss a home tie which would compensate - instead of missing a tough away fixture. Double bonus!

Matches in hand is nothing to look for although Burnley seems to think so. If it has been raining for two days why haven't the pitch been covered? Becasue of all suspensions and injuries? The FA should look after that pitches are covered if necessary. It's not up to the homeclub to decide. Think Rovers let Stockport come down to Bristol twice las season only to see the game being postponed . Hopefully the match can be played. We are good enough to get a result. Guest Eamer
Things like that always look good on paper but anything can happen. Teams can go without a win for 5-10 games then grind out a win against a promotion favourite. We won't know if those missing out if good or bad for us until the final whistle blows. claretfan
I think you will find that the thread from Claretsmad quoted above is a wind-up. We always get people worrying about the weather up here. It comes with the territory in Lancashire! We have pitch overs and they have been on all week. Also, it's fine this morning and the forecast is OK. The game will be on.By the way, there will be a minute's silence before the game as our club president died overnight (he was 99!). I'm sure your fans will observe it immaculately.
