Er no.I wish I could motivate myself to see them as rivals, but I just cant anymore.CTID!

Tim K
Bristol Rovers - a tawdry little lower leauge club defined by their 'fans' loathing of their more illustrious neighbours and not much else. Too much hate over there for anything positive long term to happen to them for a long long while. Go away please, not interested in your score draw - however notable a performance for a League 1 club against Premiership relegation candidates it might have been, you deny yourselves any respect from the City side of the fence because of your paranoid, deluded and incomprehensively resentful and beligerently hostile attitude towards your neighbours. Its the Scummers that need to get a life, here they are having the best game of their season and all they can sing apart from the moronic Irene goodnight is " Are you watching Ashton gate" the answer is obviously NO!!!!! get over it. Northern Red
Not in the least bit surprised by this, considering the only songs they have are Irene and anti-City stuff. I still think the funniest example of this chant came in their playoff semi last year. Once they knew they were through, "are you watching" started. Now bear in mind that we had already been promoted to the Championship at this point, and it sounds even more stupid, even the Sky commentators picked up on it. Somertonian
She was watching City at the Gate? She claimed that her son was a Boro fan. Tim K
and i suggest you get some manners ..Again, a bit rich - you seem to specialise in exhibiting the very traits you are apparently fond of pointing out in others. You may have a friend or 2 on this forum mate, but your club, and the attitude of most of it's fans SUCKS, end of.
