chinapig
I suspect Gary would go along with Keane's comments on "low-maintenance" players, which is why he won't be signing any of the high-maintenance ones suggested on this forum, and indeed why he's shipped a few out in his time. As Keane says certain clubs need certain types of players.http://football.guardian.co.uk/News_Story/0,,2248524,00.html
BCFC_Dan
As Gary says, "If you want to motivate players, get players who can be motivated".Sure, the best managers can get the best out of any player, but if there is a straight choice between two players and one is willing to listen and give his all for you and the other isn't then it's a no-brainer decision.
