Xiled
...But has missed a lot of games through injury this season. We wouldn't have the patience for him. West Brom have a deeper squad - especially strikers. They can afford to keep him out of the side quite a lot of the time.Could be a blinding prospect though. CodeRed
According to the WBA website it's £900K, the rest is add ons, including goals, appearances, and WBA getting promoted.Have to say it does make the £1M Trundle fee look a bit of a joke - but one that only Swansea are laughing at!Credit to WBA for spotting him playing on the wing for Man C. reserves and seeing the potential, and for negotiating the £900K fee as an option (agreed up front- the same situation as we have with Vasko) before he came on loan. No doubt he's worth more now but Man City had to sell at the agreed price - or take him back and Sven clearly does not see him as a challenger for the first team.Be interesting to see how he goes next year.CR
Bangkok Red
....the Baggies permanently in £1.5 million dealThats a bargain and just goes to show what can be bought for the amount!!Agree...WBA are getting a great deal.I reckon Wayne Routledge (1.25M to Villa) and Neil Danns (600K to Palace) could also prove to be good value for money.
