Initial ideas were to go somewhere like Newcastle / Dublin (we all live in Bridgwater just below Bristol) and Plane prices for Newcastle (thurs to sun) were roughly £60 return. However going out in England on days out can cost around £100 a day and thats not even including hotels which cost more...So the idea of going away to a european country where its cheap looks the best option.....but where do you recommend? The obvious Amsterdam / Prague ideas are now quite pricey and commercial....Iv been told to look into eastern european countries such as Croatia and Poland where return flights are roughly £60 - £80 but it will be be cheaper out there for drinks / food etc.There must be people on this forum who have been on lads weekends away who know the best places to go and what the prices are for drinks etc. Iv been to Prague before and in local places drinks can be as chea as 60p per pint but this has now become too commercial a place and prices have risen over the last few years.This will be for a group of roughly 10-15 lads all aged between 21-30 so if anyone can also recommend hotels / hostels that accept large groups of males then that would be handy too.Any ideas is appreciated. Both about 1.50 a pint, had the best hotel in riga for 2 nights with my Dad and it cost us £80 between us. It was £36 return with ryanair from bristol, problem is though it's quite expensive when compared to prague where you can get pints for 70p!
