All the talk on the EnglandFans Forum is of some sort of gathering at O'Colley's but it's all ticket and will probably be cack anyway. I don't think you can plan where your boozing on these sort of trips. It's much better to just stumble across some Irish or English bar, that does the job. Random piss ups are always the best!
