Guest Fortescue Posted April 23, 2004 Report Share Posted April 23, 2004 Fortune plays well at DL for 2nd div. but you need to be thinking about replacing him once you get to the 1st div, I normally go for Bertelson(sp) straight away though. Butler = Sell. Carey = back up/sell. Coles = back up/sell. Hill = CAN cut it in the premiership but you need to think about a faster DC to replace/support him. Kevin Amankwaah is great at RB, annoys me that he's on loan at the start! Alexandre Barthe and Sandro are both worth taking a look at, you can pick up Barthe for between 50 - 100k and Sandro for less than 20K, however they aren't always good, they vary from game to game. Pick up Ivan Hurtado for around £80k. He usually gets 7.5 to 8.0 in Div1 and Div2, but crap in Prem. Duberry can pick up on a free towards end of 1st season.
