CiderJar Posted March 29, 2008 Report Share Posted March 29, 2008 Well it isn't a joke really, more of a "let's all laugh at Rovers" moment. There will be no move to Cheltenham. No real surprise there. The plans for their new 18,500 "stadium" have been scaled down! This is to make room for 99 student flats, 100 hotel rooms, a small supermarket(!) and a gym, which will help raise funding for the "project". Talk about squatters rights, now the saggy ones will be funded by 99 student loans!! Hilarious! You couldn't make it up. See Auntie Beeb for more.
