Buying & Selling Tickets

By law tickets are non transferable & going by the letter of the law a match ticket not required should be returned to the club so it can be resold.

Whilst the operators and mods of this board accept that the exchange of tickets occurs we wish to completely dissassociate ourselves from 'touting'. How anybody can try and charge a fellow City fan over the odds for a match ticket beggars belief, we all want to watch the games and sold out games means tickets will be in very short supply, however if you have a spare match ticket then you should be offering it at face value. To this end, any member of this board found to be 'touting' tickets they will automatically recieve a ban stretching until the end of the season.

I have witnessed members asking others "how much would you be willing to pay" for a spare ticket, this should be quite obvious - look at whats written on the ticket.

The mods are taking a legal & moral stance against this and we hope all board members agree with this?

We all want to watch the run in to the end of the season but why should it cost some fans £20 more than others because they missed out on purchasing a ticket because they couldnt buy one in time?

Further to this, if you try and tout tickets through the PM system you'll find yourself 'removed' from OTIB pretty quickly.

Don't rip off your own fans, come on people! :disapointed2se:
