boadle
What is wrong with this league? Someone take it by the scruff of the neck and put it to bed, pur-lease, for the love of God. Elliot, Brooker, Sproule. That means you. Starting Saturday. Understood?
Ashcott Boy
Agree. I think Elliott mus start on Saturday, Skuse hasn't done too much wrong but Elliott looked really fired up on Saturday and his high energy levels and box to box running could make a huge difference. Hicksy-BCFC
With the greatest respect to Skuse - I think he's out of his depth Elliott has to start.
RedUn
What's the lowest points total and worst goal difference this league's ever been won with? Someone will surely beat the record this season, it may even be us!

Jungle Jim
This is the place to look - http://www.the-english-football-archive.co...ball_league.htm Went back through a few, lowest recently was 1994/95 when Boro won with 82 and Reading went up with 79. Before that Millwall got 82 and Villa 78 in 1987/88. And Charlton went up with 77 in 85/86. So quite a few examples of not needing 80 points to go up, although I think we still need 80 this year. dragonreds
It,s become a very perverse game of musical chairs. We all know when the music is going to stop but don,t want to grab a seat.

Reading didn't go up in 1995. That was the year when only one club went up automatically as the Premier League was being reduced in size.
