Dolman_Dave
I've just renewed my ST online but there was no mention of any discounts that City Foundation members get. Is this only available if you go in and renew at the ticket office?

Is this only available if you go in and renew at the ticket office? There was nowhere on line to get Foundation discount, I renewed by phone ... £425 less 5% foundation discount, came to £403.75, but it was rounded down to £400. that was for block C , in the Williams

Dolman_Dave
Yep, but its not the book number, its the one next to your name on the card in the front of the book. I'll e-mail them and see if I can get my £25 off!

Dolman_Dave
Good luck! My ticket is fine this year but previous years tickets have been completely invisible by the end of the season. Wont have that problem next year though.
The Dolman Pragmatist
I've just renewed my ST online but there was no mention of any discounts that City Foundation members get. Is this only available if you go in and renew at the ticket office? It specifically says online that if you are a City Foundation member you can only renew by telephone or in person if you want to claim the discount. foghornred
It specifically says online that if you are a City Foundation member you can only renew by telephone or in person if you want to claim the discount. That seems very unfair as in the past it has been taken off automatically.
DIZZYRED
That seems very unfair as in the past it has been taken off automatically. it has indeed, but i paid the Extra £25 and did it online as it was too hard to get to the gate at least now i have it
SimplyRed
I renewed mine today (Thursday) on the phone at about 4.25pm. I was 12th in the queue and was off the phone, after having made my purchase and claimed my Foundation discount, by 4.45pm. Piece o'cake
Dolman_Dave
Cant seem to recall it saying that you had to do it by phone or in person on the actual online application - maybe on the article on the main site though. Anyway, just had an e-mail from Ruth at City Foundation and she is going to send the discount to me.

Is this only available if you go in and renew at the ticket office? Yea I posted this a while back when I renewed mine, very odd as all you need online is a box where you put your personal Foundation number and bingo your done. Its a right pain in the backside for two lad's I know who have season tickets but one lives in Lincon and other in banbury
