Ticket Phoneline

I know i should not have left it this long but i am trying to phone up to renew my season ticket, I'm now phoning for the THIRD time. The first time i got through i clarified my seat number and name and was just about to give my card details over when the line went dead. The second time i called i eventually got through to hear a few clicks and then the line go dead again!!!!! Wasted a good 45 mins now trying to sort this out. Nightmare! I was expecting there to be a wait but having got through twice to be cut off is just a joke. Anyone else had this problem?
