London Inn surrounded by the war squad,nothing happened apart from some broken glass. Pack’s Chin Posted April 13, 2008 Report Share Posted April 13, 2008 kicked off outside the hen & chicken apparently, i know that a wolves fan got his head kicked in as a result of giving all mouth during the game..... apparently two wolves mini buses got there tyres slashed and windows put through, so police escorted them to get another way of transport back home. Heard rummors of stuff going on dowm the spoon's in the morning, After the Game our Landlord got a call saying 100 odd Wolves fan's were on there way up winterstoke rd, as we had alot of Plymouth out side our doors after the game, we had a police wall surrounding the pub stoping them getting through the door, But these Wolves fan's never appeared. Bristol is a nasty place however, but I think smashing up toilets is as hard as slashing car tyres. Says it all about football hooliganism nowadays. cider head Posted April 13, 2008 Report Share Posted April 13, 2008 Only trouble in Weatherspoons was a group of wolves trying to get out the door and the police would not let them and a few pint pots got chucked inside the pub towards the door other than that they were penned in there by police and the 2 sets of bristol city and wolves fans did not meet in that area and was a trouble free morning. There was something happening down Luckwell road as there were hundreds of City fans, police, horses, vans the lot all down the road after the game.
