Br1stolCityBoy
Man of the match for me tonight was Tommy Doc. Although there was other good performances he was a different class. What do you lot think?
Dastardly and Muttley
Rougier. Streets ahead of anyone else on the pitch in terms of creativity, and was the difference between the teams.
Guest Rob
ROUGIER. Fair play to Leapy though cos he's had his critics of late but was immense tonight. To a man though, we were brilliant tonight.
Dannycidered03
Tony Rougier was my Man Of The Match by far. SIGN I'm ON FOR GOOD! Cheers.
red_pill
Agreed...When he first came on, I was very concerned, but he was fantastic in the second half. Freaked out Philips for a minute, though'

Admin Ian M Posted April 13, 2004 Admin Report Share Posted April 13, 2004 A certain forum user, currently living away from Bristol sent me this text message at 20:58 tonight "Rougier is w*nk" Though to be fair, he had retracted that by the end I'd personally go for Wilkshire, didn't do any amazing 40 yard passes, go on any mazy runs, make any last ditch tackles or score any goals but whilst on the pitch, EVERY City move went through him and because he doesn't sit as deep as our other midfield options we managed to keep the ball at the Argyle end for much longer periods. That said, cases could equally be made for any of Peacock, Roberts, Bell, Doc, Rougier, Coles or even Phillips.
cider gliders
The Doc ad a great game, but Tony Rougier was our Man of the Match by a mile! Mr Mosquito
Tony Rougier gets my prestigious 'RG' man-of-the-match award for his strength, power and pace I liked the way that PlyMuff pastyman midfielder just seemed to bounce off Rougier when he tried to tackle him
malaggro
For me it's a toss up between Coles and Rougier. Coles, unflappable and dealt with everything asked of him. Rougier, changed the game. Suppose that answers it. Rougier MOTM.
bucksred
Another great TEAM performance from the boys, but Rougier was immense (Literally- the player bouncing off was rekmarked on in the commentry too RG) Definitely my MOTM. Also Mentioned in Despatches the fans, totally outsung PlyMOUTH, and the best I've heard all season Red Army, Red Army, Red Army...
