Jordan Tansley Posted April 24, 2008 Report Share Posted April 24, 2008 I absolutely love the design of scrumpy, but is it time we changed our mascot. he is not particularily inspiring, even city cat moved about more than scrumpy. Now i can understand the club not wanting an aggresive or very loud fella due to the trouble that those little pigs caused, but surely there are many ways to improve the mascot situation. how about - a player becomes the mascot if they are dropped - like the bid for the mic thing fans could bid for a game in the suit - it could just be another crossbar challenge style ask david lloyd to have a go - a new fellow any thoughts? i'm thinking that the mascot could be a really fun part of this club. It's just totally unfriendly to allow you to do much more than flap wings and stuff. It probably needs a rethink on design more than a complete replacement.
