Everytime I've ordered on phone they've been sent by post. Then again I think I'd prefer to pick mine up given the time between ordering and the match date.

I ordered by phone earlier in the season and they said they'd send them to me but didn't so I picked them up on the day.

having just got back to Warwickshire, i now read i have to present my ST voucher to get an away leg ticket if i manage to get one in the queue..

theres nothing like making life easy for long distance supporters.

They seem to think that everyone lives within walking of Ashton Gate.

To get a ticket you have to produce voucher AA,so at some point you will have to pay a visit to Ashton Gate.

The good news is that with the new credit card season ticket this will be the last time that you require a voucher.
