good move by the club in my view, if he got serious damaged playing for city again knowing it could happen, things could have got a bit delicate. if bakes decides to play for someone else, that will be his own doing and nothing to do with city

I’d agree with a lot of that. Scott will go 10 - even though King has it now it’s “merited” on performances, King as p/coach is clearly not first XI and as Scott’s idol is Grealish, I’d imagine he’d be happy to take the number.
Andi will stay 14 - he’s always worn it despite being consistent first choice and no reason to suspect that changes now.
Semenyo I think will stay 18. It’s the 1+8=number 9 logic some footballers have!
was palmers 4 plus 5?

when i was on the pop,my record was 36 cans of black label in one night,i was landscaping my garden under lights and went through until around 4am in the morning. my ex drove taxis at night so i needed something to keep me occupied. will never forget someone shouting out of their bedroom in the early hours 'Darren, will you oil that bloody wheelbarrow'
most of the empties got crushed and buried under the top soil i was preparing for a new lawn

So, fixtures out today. Mate of mines an Ipswich fan and they have Rovers away on Valentine’s Day.
Hes told her she’s in for a great night under the sheets. He just hasn’t told her the sheets are the minimal grounds tents…

, I'd like to see @bristolcitysweden bought back if possible
him and Big Tone on form are as good any episode of doc martin.this has to be the first thread i have ever liked every post apart from the first one. i love joining in nonsense convos, especially during the boring part of the season, beats the hell out of the transfer rumour section which contains a ton more crap than john ever posts. Flying to newcastle or wherever it was anyone?? if ever i need a laugh i recap that or tommys ramblings page.always end up laughing at it

From the @Davefevs equivalent
on the Cardiff forum I was interested to read he's never in his career ever started more than 20 games in a season "The most league games he's started in a season is just 20 (2014/15 in League Two for Oxford and 2018/19 in the Championship for Bristol)." The record laid out isn't pretty:
WOW,some stat that is. i wonder why. its not like hes gung ho going into challenges etc

i did it too with my old uncle. it was very interesting, my uncle knew as much if not more than the guide on some things which made it a bit of a long tour as everything was talked about in great detail.some of which was fascinating . not fot those with dodgy hips, its a tad steep
my memory is shot these days but wasnt there a room they used as some sort of theatre?

i certainly wouldnt want to see him die on the pitch and i dont see how any specialist would clear him to play just incase it happened. surely it would then result in a case against the specialist.
-
Would he get the same autonomy at Burnley though?
dunno but he'll get the same sentence if he goes down

I was watching SkySports News and Jeff Stelling was saying how wonderful they were and that they had been averaging nearly 10,000 all season. Jeff said it, so it must be true. 5,000 is very nearly 10,000.
that was the total attendance of home and away fans for both matches

look on the bright side, next season will be great taking the piss about them getting hammered vs derby etc, better still, away fans comments about tents will be amusing

look at this bbc beauty.
What on earth is happening in Bristol this afternoon! If the Memorial Stadium had a roof it would have lifted off by now.

What they mean by that Gert is they expect the engine of their Y-reg Escort to give out on the M4 and they can then regale their mates in Fishponds about how they were part of the "100,000 locked out".
or run out of petrol at chippenham swearing blind they got to wembley and back on a tenner last time

it will get better so long as SL doesnt buckle to fan pressure demanding instant success. its going to be much better having a proper set up built from the ground up.

Mentality from the halfway line back to bents is a big issue.is it zonal marking, switching off or leaving things for someone else to deal with? I dont know but far too often, the ball comes straight through with no one trying to stop it
