  1. Test Cricket

Should have been comfortable enough for Root that
  2. All Things County Cricket

Have to question whether Bartlett is really the right choice, 38 runs in 4 innings when you're in a relegation fight raises a few questions. Also interesting Essex haven't included Cook despite being available.
  3. Test Cricket

Wet outfield up north in September... strange that
  4. All Things County Cricket

Warwickshire the shithouses they are just rolling over for Yorkshire..... Otherwise Hampshire 103/3 and Middlesex 80/4 is working out quite well. If we come out of this game ahead of Middlesex on points could be interesting to see how each team approaches the last game, wonder if we'll see any interesting declarations to stop the others getting bonus points.
  5. FAN meeting - TONIGHT (Merged)

As for the hand dryers I just assumed we had the ones which were designed that way as they saved energy

FWIW on the signage as I don't always sit in the same place and can never remember which way they go I and those I go with take random punts on which end of a block we should be going in, but we get there early enough its not really an issue if we're wrong. As for the response of 'there's always a steward' surely it makes more sense to get a few signs made rather than people having to go and ask the steward and potentially causing more crowding to the block entrances and creating extra for stewards to do for the sake of what is likely pocket change to the club.
  7. Football Manager 2017

Just checked this years version 1597 hours
  8. Football Manager 2017

Looking back when I was an undergrad Year 1 - 385 hours Year 2 - 641 hours Year 3 - 314 hours I should note that I would often leave the game running in the background
  9. Football Manager 2017

Think I read somewhere the new features are likely to be announced at the end of the month. Edit - from FM's website 'The first details of new features and upgrades in Football Manager 2018 will be revealed on our social channels and Insider newsletter in late September.'
  10. How did you meet your partner?

I only advocate her one for.... reasons
  11. How did you meet your partner?

Watch the her go on the show lip sync battle
  12. Football Manager 2017

Worth baring in mind it has to be pre ordered by 9th October (right date?) so not as if you can wait till just before its released. Edit - Also saw on someones suggested added features part a good suggestion that you should be able to take the role of a caretaker manager.
  13. team for stoke (merged)

Thing is from the team I listed maybe 5/6 are guaranteed starters, the CB's tend to be able to play game after game so okay to play them midweek. Bryan appears to have great stamina and an ability to play Saturday/Tuesday, so you're talking of Pato and Reid being subbed off early to save them. However I'll admit I forgot Kelly, lad deserves his chance in the first team again.
  14. team for stoke (merged)

Leko is cup tied, given Fammy seems to be only effective for 60 minutes I think we may opt for someone else upfront. I guess it depends how realistic LJ views our chances of winning are. Round 4 you're talking about being down to the last 16.
  15. team for stoke (merged)

Depends on Pisano's level of fitness, if he's ready for 60/70 minutes I think he'll start with the plan to sub him off for Vyner. Think we'll see Stoke as there to beat and a great chance of making the 4th round. Frankie Pisano/Vyner Wright Baker Bryan Pato Pack O'Neil/Brownhill Eliasson Reid Woodrow
