  1. Easily as a vast majority of policies will not cover it. This is just the wording to make those who do have the relevant policy, get paid out.
  2. You are the one that wanted football chst on this thread...jesus cant win with you can we
  3. I doubt any businessman would have that in his account especially with such little protection of it over what is it? 84k per bank account as long as that bank is not a member of an over arching body which owns other banks. Anyhoooooo we could see less funding for players coming whenever the season ends new one begins.. could have to stand on our own two feet... just for those who want refunds if the the league is null and void, something to consider. Anyway just thought I'd throw that out there.
  4. So with stocks falling massively due to this pandemic, and this being the footballing pandemic thread... how do we think Steve Lansdown and family have been effected by the massive share slump. How viable are we and Bristol when I comes to chucking money at the money pit? Especially when your worth has potentially had 30% to 50% of it value removed...
  5. It's going to backfire on the insurance companies if there are no bailouts. All those policies that wont be renewed when companies go out of business. And policies cancelled if they survive. That said companies really should do more homework on what they are signing up to.. but seem to be far to busy to buy correct protection or do not read what they are signing up to. A lot of lessons to be learned through heartbreak I think
  6. I see a man in nailsea recently died of covid19. Only 59.. no age is it. I have noticed all the jokes on various social media about it are slowly drying up as what is happening is hitting home
  7. And the glove weights, the force you can hit with with boxing gloves on compared to the glove in MMA ensure the headshots although a little more padded are hitting a with much greater force. For me I think boxing should go back to bare knuckle, the damage to the skin will be far worse, but good luck smashing someone in the skull with a a bare hand, the powerful trauma caused by gloves won't be there, the spark out when caught sweetly on the chin will still happen.
  8. The Dark Destroyer making a comeback at 55...... Discuss! As Mr T used to say... Crazy fool
  9. So the Gas and their amazing fans.. surely they are getting a better home attendance than franchise FC..... Surely..... If not that would be a bit embarrassing wouldn't it! Ahem. Nothing to see here!
  10. load of old bollox, you only have to see previous fights where he has been rattled. he blows up when he has to sustain any sort of attack and his opponent doesn't hit the canvass. maybe a case of too much muscle, he is built like a sprinter, all raw power and explosion and not enough stamina, when is muscles die on him he can't get his arms up to protect himself. That to me has been self evident for a very long time
  11. AJ was always going to ave trouble against any boxer who had a good chin and could bang a bit, he has shown it so many times, he tanks out if he can't drop someone after putting in effort to knock someone out, like wise, when hit I am not sure i would say he was chinny, more his brain cannot comprehend what is happening, its like he has been 20 rounds, his whole body goes into limp home mode, arms drop,he is sluggish he just has no idea how to cover up. As other say a bit like Bruno, although I am sure Bruno would have been better if he did a Joshua and actually went down,he was too courageous and brave he stood and used to take a battering to the point when he eventually went down he wasn't getting back up. If he had taken the knee in the fights he lost I am sure there would have been a few Extra W's in his career.

    Emiliano Sala

Sounds like they have seen at least one body in the wreckage ?
  13. Only chance they will see it if someone from babestation writes it on her wangers!
  14. championship standard sprinkler system that is! kills all the grass with the salt concentration though!
  15. Osman was only afforded the luxury of free transfers and could still get his team to defend. Lee 10 million spent and you would have to wonder if they had practiced defending at all!
  16. Aye, still young for a heavy weight, and he can take a punch, Whyte nailed him and as soon as he hit the floor he was back up on his feet. I am not sure he will ever have the power to be a top top heavy weight, but he has bottle and staying power and you can only doff your cap to the guy.
  17. Henbury Gas owns his own IT business, yet his website looks like a fisher price my first web site effort http://www.cjcomputing.com/page2.php I surprised anyone uses him judging by the state of that... not the best way to advertise how great you are in IT field. I would have thought anyone in any part of the It world would have more respect for their own business than serving that piece of junk web site up
  18. It's easy to Nick a stadium. You take the tent poles down in the night and make off with the poles and tent in bags on a roof rack
  19. hamed "your either good at boxing,or your not" never a truer word spoken
  20. Just as well Hamed had killer calfs, it must be the only reason he is still standing. I wonder if he would scare Tyson the same way he "supposedly" scared Gary Mason back in the day
  21. I can't believe Eubank has got to nearly 29, with all the people around him,and still looks like a bang average amateur when he steps up in class, he should be coming into to his prime,he still looks like a newbie at this level. Gobshite who doesn't have the the talent that his dad had in his little toe.
  22. Nassem Hamed should make a comeback judging on his performance, just like a weeble he won't fall down!
  23. Forwards need to take chances/risks. Early runs and one touch flicks. It's the only way I see us breaking them down. Swinging it in I don't think is going to work now. Need 2 or 3 players in close with Reid playing off a first time touch. It's gonna leave us open to the break. All depends if we are happy with a draw and play more cautious or if we want the win and leave out selves open to a quick counter.
  24. But that doesn't count. They quite rightly say we have only existed since 1982. So surely only records from that date should be looked at? Otherwise they would be having a monopoly of all the available fans before that year. Or are they suggesting we were around before that?
